I am working on a new book! Many fans of The G-Connection of all ages have asked me to publish a how-to guide to help them incorporate the benefits of gravity into their daily lives.
The simple truth is that a gravity program is not only important for seniors, it's equally important for children, teenagers, and those in middle age. The slippery slope of aging begins at 20, roughly when development ends. From then on, it is all downhill as we use gravity less and less.
Metabolic disorders like diabetes, obesity, and some heart problems now show up in children and routinely in those under 50. Our lifestyle has changed so much over time that we have become gravity-deprived couch potatoes. We were not designed to sit all day but to move constantly in gravity, to let it stimulate every part of our body. It's this stimulus that tunes our body and keeps us healthy and ready for action.
Gravity is a universal stimulus to health .We cannot ignore it nor can we live and function normally without it. We think of gravity as the enemy that drags us down but it has the capacity to be our best friend. We can let it act on our body haphazardly or we can learn to channel its action efficiently.
