Dr. Vernikos's individual coaching style is a catalyst for success. She has developed a Health Credit Rating (HCR)™ and a G-Score™as assessment tools to give you a jump-start in setting goals and developing your personal action plan tailored to your own life-style. Based on straight-talk and results-tracking she helps clients learn new skills and use tools to build a more satisfying, healthy, and successful future through active living. 
Depending on your HCR you have several options in two general areas:
Expand Awareness of Your Health Debt
- A low HCR indicates a need to reduce your "Health Debt" across the board or in specific areas. What is your Stress Score, Sleep Score or Eating Habits Score?
- Do you know how to find ways to work through a specific challenge?
- Are you looking for direction and encouragement in a health improvement program? Are you confused by conflicting medical information or wonder what questions to ask your doctor?
- Are you searching for ways to manage your life while caring for older parents?
- Are you seeking guidance and encouragement in helping an obese child?
- An average or good HCR may indicate a well-managed Health Debt. You may be very fit but still feel off-balance. What is your G-Score?
- Do you still believe decay with age is inevitable?
